Dr. James Gray is a Consultant in Emergency Medicine at Tallaght Hospital since 2006. He has extensive experience having worked in Emergency Medicine in both the United Kingdom and Ireland.
He is a medicolegal expert in Accident and Emergency Medicine since 2006 and has an expert interest in all aspects of injury and trauma.
Having graduated in Medicine at TCD in 1996, Dr. Gray initially trained gaining a Membership of the RCSI in 2001 and shortly after took up an Emergency Medicine Specialist Registrar position at the South Trent Higher Training Programme in the UK.
Dr. Gray gained a Fellowship of the College of Emergency Medicine in 2006. He completed the Diploma in Forensic and Legal Medicine at UCD in 2012.
Dr. Gray is on the Specialist Register in Emergency Medicine of the Medical Council of Ireland. He is a member of the Medical Protection Society (MPS), the Irish Hospital Consultants Association (IHCA), and the Medicolegal Society of Ireland.
Dr. Gray attends courses and conferences regularly for his continuing professional development. He is a Clinical Lecturer and Tutor in Emergency Medicine at the School of Medicine, Trinity College Dublin (TCD) as well as an Examiner for the College of Emergency Medicine, London.
